Mission Center Adult Day Service (Mission Center) is the only state-licensed, certified adult day program facility within a 300 mile radius. We are a 501 c(3), non-profit agency and offering comprehensive daytime health and activity programs for Midland and Ector County residents.
We employ a holistic approach that encompasses basic health promotion and in-depth activity programming to meet the needs of our clients in critical areas of functioning. Our goal is to promote health and well-being, slow disease progression and disability, and restore clients to their maximum level of functionality.
Mission Center encourages socialization and designs activities to stimulate the minds and bodies of our clients. Our creative staff develops programming suitable to our client’s cognitive and physical abilities. During their time with us, clients are led through age and ability appropriate exercises, including arts and crafts, music therapy, word and memory games, and so much more! Mission Center's friendly, welcoming environment encourages client engagement and interaction.
Mission Center provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks to all program participants. All meals are planned with a focus on nutrition, balance, and variety. A Registered Dietician certifies all menus, ensuring meals comply with the nutritional needs of our clients and takes into consideration each client’s dietary restrictions. We take great pride in the quality of our food, variety of our menu offerings, and value the importance of presentation.

Utilizing the expertise of our staff nurses, Mission Center’s clinical department provides medical care for all clients, administers daily medications, and performs diabetic testing as needed. Monthly vitals are taken to track changes in weight, blood pressure and temperature for each client. Any changes in vitals or behaviors are reported directly to their physician, as well as the clients’ caregiver, to ensure optimum service delivery and ongoing coordination of care.
Mission Center provides safe door-to-door transportation for clients living in Midland and Ector counties. We have three (3) handicap accessible shuttles and a wonderful, courteous driver, dedicated to the safety and well-being of our clients. Providing top notch customer service is top priority!
